In general, the following policies apply:

• When the university is closed, all classes are cancelled.
• When the university opens late, full-day and morning classes are cancelled, but afternoon classes may still be held.
• When the university closes early, afternoon classes are cancelled.
• When the university invokes the liberal leave policy, classes are held if possible. However, your department will not be charged if you do not attend.
