The university provides professional development courses to improve core competencies, enhance job performance, and encourage personal growth for faculty and staff. You may browse the available course offerings and register for courses at the MyLearning website. MyLearning also offers:

MyLearning Catalog – The complete electronic course catalog, organized in the categories shown to the left

MyLearning Plan – Your personalized learning plan, showing courses that are recommended for your role

MyLearning History – A history of the courses for which you have registered, started, or completed

MyLearning Class Calendar – A personalized calendar of your upcoming training events

Many of the courses are offered as a benefit to employees of the university. This means that full- or part-time employees of the university may attend these courses at no charge. Employees of the Johns Hopkins Health System may also register for courses, but arrangements must be made for payment. Click here to find out more about these policies.
